The amazing story of Wishkers.

Wishkers was founded to put a smile on children's faces.  Barbara Cadieux knows the importance children place on saving precious memories or dreams so she built Wishkers to help them create very special secret places.

Combining her love for children and her creative skills, Barbara offers a series of soft, cuddly animal forms that can be stuffed with memories, wishes and fluffy fill and then sealed with a zipper that can only be opened with a special Wishkers zipper pull.

Barbara makes certain that every Wishkers Party Fest is truly festive.  She comes prepared to play games chosen particularly for your party, and she is skilled at helping children talk about and write their dreams.  She loves helping them stuff their animals and assuring that their wishes are safe as they cuddle their creation.  The smiles on the children's faces are always her biggest reward.  Wishkers will come to your child's birthday party (within a 50 mile radius) from our central location of Cumberland, R.I. Or, we will ship a "Party In A Box" to your location.

Barbara founded Wishkers, after retiring from her position with the State of RI in the AFDC Department.  In her role of working with families in need, she discovered the joy of helping children smile and realized that was the work that she always wants to do.

Today as a grandmother of seven, Barbara continues her commitment to finding ways to make children "jump up and down with glee" and find happiness in every event.

My daughter had a dog themed birthday party and I ordered all dogs for the kids to stuff. It was a huge success. All the kids were thrilled to come to a birthday party and leave with a gift. Barbara even included an adorable birthday sweater for my daughter's stuffed animal to wear. It kept all the kids and parents entertained and occupied for a good length of time. I highly recommend the party in a box for any birthday.

Wishkers came to our day care center for a Snowman Workshop. The children had so much fun handstuffing the adorable snowmen. Barbara was so nice with the children and we all had a great time. We are happy we found Wishkers as it was also convenient to have her travel to our day care center.

I am so excited to write this review, because wishkers really made my 4yr old daughter's birthday a huge success! Boy's and girls alike enjoyed picking and stuffing an animal of thier choice. Wishkers has so many animals to suite any child of any age, which entertained guests from 4 to 14!! Everything was the highest quality it was hard to choose from all the options!! Barbara was also so wonderful to all our guests, and she was clear in all explanation making soo easy! No mess and everyone just raved with enjoyment!! Thanks again Wishkers!!

The Wishker animals were a huge hit at Liam's party.  The parents were as excited as the children when they saw them.  Everyone was impressed and was happy with the animal selected for them.  Thank you also for the birthday outfit for Liam's Wishker.  He was so excited and sleeps with Buddy the Dog every night.   Thank You!
